Rosemary Potatoes

Ingredients
4 Red Potatoes, cut into 1-2 inch squares
3 Tbsp Fresh Chopped Rosemary
1 Tbsp Chopped Garlic
½ Tsp Fresh Ground Black Pepper
¼ Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
4 Tbsp Olive Oil


Directions
In a large pot of boiling water, add a pinch of salt, than add potatoes and cook until just tender; drain well. In a large bowl toss potatoes with remaining ingredients. Transfer to a baking sheet and roast at 375 degrees F for 25 minutes until browned and fragrant.

Kristy’s Sweet Potato Fries

Ingredients
3 Large Sweet Potatoes
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 Tsp Cumin
¼ Tsp Paprika
Dash of Salt
Dash of Cayenne Pepper

Directions
Cut potatoes into thin slices, in a large bowl mix dry ingredients first and then mix in oil. Bake in the oven on a cook sheet at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.

Tasty French Fries

Ingredients
2 Large Idaho Potatoes
1 Tbsp Shredded Parmesan cheese
¼ Tsp Salt
¼ Tsp Paprika
¼ Tsp Ground Pepper
1 Tbsp Minced Garlic
1 Tbsp Olive Oil

Directions
Cut potatoes into ¼ inch thick by three inch long slices. Toss all dry ingredients and than drizzle olive oil over potatoes and toss. Arrange on a baking sheet bake on 400 for 35 minutes or until brown.
