Hot Apple Cider

Ingredients
1 Qt Apple Juice (Simply Apple- normally found by Orange Juice at the grocery Store)
2 Honey Crisp Apples, sliced
2 Cinnamon Sticks
Pinch of Nutmeg



Directions
Combine all ingredients into a crock pot or large pot on stove. Cook on low heat for two hours. Serve hot.

Strawberry Delight

½ Cup Crushed Ice
1 Cup Skim or Reduced Fat Milk
1 Cups Fat Free Strawberry Yogurt
½ Cup Strawberry Sherbet
4 Large Strawberries
1 Peach Sliced and Cut


Directions
In a blender, combine ice and milk and blend on high. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend on high until smooth.

Tropical Smoothie

½ Cup Pineapple Chunks
¼ Cup Mango Chunks
½ Small Banana
¼ Cup Milk
¼ Cup V8 Splash (Tropical Blend)
¼ Cup Orange Juice
½ Cup Low Fat Vanilla Yogurt
5 Crushed Ice Cubes

Directions
In a blender, combine ice and juice ingredients and blend on high until smooth. Add rest of ingredients and mix on high for about 30 seconds or until smooth.

Summer Time Pineapple Tea

Ingredients
1 Quart Water
7 Tea Bags
2 Cups Pineapple Juice
1/8 Cup Lemon Juice
2 Tbsp Brown Sugar
1 Cup Fresh Pineapple, cut into 1 Inch cubes

Directions
In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Remove from heat and add tea bags to the water cover and let steep for 5-10 minutes. Discard tea bags. Stir in juice and sugar until it dissolves. Refrigerate for at least 6 hours. Serve over ice.

Peachy Keen Tea

1 Oz or 7 Bags (Peach Melba Flavor by Baltimore Coffee & Tea Company)
1 Lemon, Sliced
1 Quart Boiling Water
2 Peaches, Peeled, Pitted and Sliced
½ Cup Sugar Small Can of Sliced Peaches4 Mint Leaves 

Directions
Open can of peaches and pour juice from can into a cup, set to the side. Place pieces of canned peaches in sections of ice cube tray and set in the freezer for two hours or until frozen. To brew tea use a tea brewer. Or In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Remove from heat and add tea bags to the water cover and let steep for 5-10 minutes. Discard tea bags. Stir sugar and peach juice until it dissolves. Refrigerate for at least 6 hours. Serve over ice with sliced lemons, peaches and peach ice cubes.
